ABOUT ME

I’m a 50-50 creative-analytical person. I have carried out several projects in different industries as UX & Product Designer.

I have always applied a human-centered-design vision, proposing solutions based on research, data and user tests, feeling a strong passion about the research process and Design Thinking.

I have with good communication skills in 3 languages: Spanish, English and French, leadership skills and constructive teamwork spirit.

MY BACKGROUND

INDUSTRIAL DESIGN ENGINEER

I completed a Bachelor in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development in University of Zaragoza (Spain) where I developed both technical and creative skills. In my thesis, I researched about Social Design to empower women in low-income urban areas [link].

USER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIZATION

I studied a Master Degree in Innovation and Complexity, specialized in User Design Experience in Université de Technologie de Compiègne (France) where I learned and applied a User Center Methodology and I worked as a UX & Service Designer for Orange.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

I am always curious about other cultures and different environments. I love travelling and I have been a long-life member of AEGEE (European Students' Forum).
This organization that promotes cooperation, communication and integration amongst young people in Europe. That experience has given me an important non-formal education and motivated me to be a fairer, committed, open minded person.

MY STRENGTHS

I always apply these 3 main points into every project:

RESEARCH

I understand research as a process that begins by listening to people and guides the decision making process in order to design products and services that fulfil users expectations and solve pain points.

USER EXPERIENCE

I apply User Centric Design in every phase of a project, using different tools like Personas, Customer journeys, Wireframes, Interactive prototypes or User tests to provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users. Validating every iteration with real users make always a more solid solution.

VISUAL DESIGN

I consider visual design an important pillar of the user experience since it is the touchpoint between the user and the digital product. It transmits the brand values and allows users to find an easy-to-use and pleasurable digital experience.
