Correos is a state-owned company responsible for providing postal service in Spain. Correos is one of the largest postal services in the world. Based in Madrid, it has over 10,000 postal centres all over Spain.
The objetive of the project was to completely redesign the public website and the private customer area conducting an exhaustive research and leading 7 workshops with a Correos' team consisting of 7 leaders of different departments.

I was involved in the realization and subsequent analysis of 36 personal interviews, and we also conducted usability tests of the current website in order to find how to improve the user experience. One of the Customer Journeys that we presented is shown above.
We did 7 workshops with the Correos' team and we proposed a new Information Arquitecture to validate with them. When we reached an agreement on what the future web should look like, we developed the wireframes for desktop and mobile versions.
